HOW IT ALL BEGAN........

Picture this: 15 years ago, I started running not just to escape the chaos of motherhood (although, let's be honest, that was a big part of it) but to rediscover myself. What started with huffing and puffing through a 5km Race for Life turned into an absolute love affair with running. And guess what? I didn't stop there. Half marathons became my weekend hobby – like brunch, but with more sweat and fewer mimosas.
